Short order cook — Srikakulam

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Srikakulam, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. We are looking for food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
