Gas service engineer — Mahasamund

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Mahasamund, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant You should bring driving licence for travel between sites; 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations; competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion.
