Now hiring: we are hiring a construction labourer in Rayagada, State of Odisha. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations. Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
