Powder coating line operator — Phek

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Phek, State of Nagaland. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
