Immediate opening: prep cook (State of Kerala)

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Wayanad, State of Kerala. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Pay around ₹12,000 per month, based on your experience.
