Urgent requirement: we are hiring a route sales agent in Gajapati, State of Odisha. Day-to-day duties: • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Punch orders into the billing/POS system Requirements: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
