Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Jashpur, State of Chhattisgarh. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts.
