We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. You should bring sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners; confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing. The role involves mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. ₹1,450 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
