Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs.
