Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Shimla, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹1,300 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
