Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Tirap, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideally you have comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. ₹34,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
