Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Moga, State of Punjab. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred.
