Restoration bricklayer • Barnala, State of Punjab

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Barnala, State of Punjab. Your main tasks: • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish We are looking for sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish); able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks; physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹28,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
