Furnace operator wanted in Karur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a furnace operator in Karur, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is on the moulding line. The role involves: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Ideally you have willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor; keen eye for casting defects during inspection.
