On the job you will handle: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Pay around ₹34,000 per month, based on your experience.
