We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Kodarma, State of Jharkhand. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
