Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
