Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Buxar, State of Bihar. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
