Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kamle, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Performance bonus on top of base pay.
