Oven operator wanted in Koriya

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Koriya, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
