Stitching operator • Kasaragod District, State of Kerala

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stitching operator in Kasaragod District, State of Kerala. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Ideally you have understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens; hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines. On a typical shift you will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes.
