Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Nayagarh District, State of Odisha. Ideally you have familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; strong knife skills and speed on the line. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
