Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Chhotaudepur, State of Gujarat. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
