You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request.
