Excavator operator • West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. Ideally you have knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance; awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures; willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster. Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; check for underground cables and services before digging; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely.
