Butcher — Kiphire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Kiphire, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Overtime paid at a premium rate.
