Immediate opening: pressman (State of Odisha)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pressman in Baleshwar, State of Odisha. We are looking for a keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases; 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory; able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets. Your main tasks: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts We offer ₹22,000 per month plus benefits.
