We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Khowai, Tripura. Your main tasks: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Full-time with occasional weekends.
