Press machine operator — Bharuch

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Bharuch, State of Gujarat. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On a typical shift you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; set up and start the machine as per the job card.
