Fusing press operator — NTR

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in NTR, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is at a textile finishing unit. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; give each garment a final press before packing. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
