We are recruiting: shakeout operator (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Doda, State of Jammu and Kashmir. Ideally you have comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; basic grinding and fettling skills; experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry. The role involves: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant 3+ years on the tools preferred.
