Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kutch, State of Gujarat. Day-to-day duties: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Ideally you have understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens; good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching.
