The role involves run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
