Great opportunity: we are hiring a metal caster in Katihar, State of Bihar. You should bring willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; keen eye for casting defects during inspection. Day to day you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₹34,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
