Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. On a typical shift you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Overtime paid at a premium rate.
