Die-casting operator — Virudhunagar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Virudhunagar, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a busy iron foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity We are looking for willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts; basic grinding and fettling skills; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding.
