The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
