Now hiring: we are hiring a hoist operator in Baleshwar, State of Odisha. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. The role involves park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate We offer ₹30,500 per month plus benefits.
