Dough maker wanted in Namakkal

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Namakkal, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. We are looking for able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; accurate at weighing and following recipes; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving.
