Oven operator — Ludhiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Ludhiana, State of Punjab. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; accurate at weighing and following recipes. We offer ₹100 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts.
