Tandoor cook wanted in Daman District

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Daman District, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideally you have willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
