Day to day you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
