Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel 6+ years on the tools preferred.
