Powder coating technician — Giridih

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Giridih, State of Jharkhand. Ideally you have can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
