We are looking for good eye for panel gaps and body lines; attention to detail and a clean, even finish; 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop. The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray.
