Kitchen steward — Sonbhadra

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should bring careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; able to stand on your feet for long shifts.
