Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹1,650 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
