Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Kamareddy, State of Telangana. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₹100 per hour, based on your experience.
