Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Kutch, State of Gujarat. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Six days a week, one day off.
