Head baker — Prakasam

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Prakasam, State of Andhra Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
